I designed this Queening chair so the persons head is in a comfortable position without the need of anything beyond (perhaps) a small throw pillow. There is 2" of padding on the seat, 2" on the backrest, and it's covered in a water resistant pleather vinyl fabric. I made it a bit wider than usual to accommodate those of a larger frame, however, there is no one size fits all.
