Its the confluence of being with the right person, the right setting, where the atmosphere, the tone, the ambiance, mood music, temperature and other variables such as that, meld with the "right" (right being unique to the individual) combination of sensations, pain, humiliation, pleasure, hedonistic effects, dopamine, endorphins, adrenaline, and other body chemicals, sexual arousal, heightened state of awareness, where one "opens their mind" and at the same time "closes their mind" and "Boom Shakalaka"....sub space. Or something like that. :)

I see posts about "unwilling or unsuspecting" cuckolds on forums. From a terminological exactitude standpoint, definitively speaking, historically and in many/most cases currently, *all* cuckolds are/were unwilling or unsuspecting. That some online people sort of tried to *change* the definition into one meaning something akin to swinging is unfortunate, as that removes a crucial element from the entire dynamic for women like me...whose husband matches that. :)

Anyway, after nearly 20 years, a gazillion wasted tax payer dollars, numerous lawsuits, an enormous number of lawsuits, all kinds of fear and anxiety on the side of both big and small time "porn" site owners, with some spending a fortune on lawyers, others closing their sites out of anxiety and fear, the courts ruled that it is....not constitutional.
