West Virginia elects its first out transgender official. There are less than 30 transgender elected officials in the U.S.

There are less than 30 transgender elected officials in the U.S. Rosemary Ketchum of Wheeling, West Virginia, will soon be one of them. 

What a fine, upstanding young man. 

Gives me hope, and brings a patriotic tear to my eye. :)
