Westford Vermont resident Ted Pelkey has a very public statement for his town's officials. The man spent $400,000 to build a giant middle finger on a platform in protest against the town for continuously denying his permit to build an 8,000 square foot building on his own property. There is nothing the town or police can do about it as he's breaking no laws.
