Look, I'm not that smart...but I was under the impression that the amount of daylight hours had to do with the sun and earths rotation, *not* just simply...changing the clock to reduce daylight hours. But for further explanation of this typical bonehead conservative politician (shown below with his sexually repressed & frustrated, dildo loving wife), he graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. When you want to know about crime, astronomy and science, yea, go with the "theologian". And not to put too fine a point on it...most crime happens during the day, when politicians, bankers, insurance adjusters, doctors scamming Medicaid, Wall Street etc...are open for "business".  :)
