If she happened to be sitting across a table from the same 15 year old in a restaurant breast feeding her child....its her right to do so. And yet in this case, her breasts are "obscene". I really wish some conservative could explain the difference to me. :)

ReplyDeleteNot being a smart ass, but good luck with that! I can't for the life of me, make any sense to the stupid laws we have. I live in NY, and I don't know if this is still the case but we have crazy ass strip club laws. Total Nude clubs, can't have a liquor license, BUT if the dancer wears a garter or stockings....that's okay, not totally nude, so they can have a license. Really????
So does that mean, the one inch wide strip of her thigh is what's obscene? Why wouldn't it be legal as long as she's wearing shoes? Wouldn't that too mean she's not totally nude?
I spend a few weeks every year in Florida, and I try to go to the beach everyday. In the past few years, I'm seeing more and more women wearing thong, or g-string, bikinis. Those are totally legal! Some are honestly nothing more than a string going up the crack. So I guess that 1/8 of an inch of crack that is covered, is what's obscene? I've seen bikini tops so small, that only the nipple is covered. Some times the dark skin of the areoles is showing, so the the actual nipple is obscene. Yet, that same exact nipple on guys is on display everywhere. Guys walk up and down the street with no shirts on, but women can't go topless on a beach??? One of the things I always laugh about is when these women undo their tops. Now they literally only have that tiny string going up their crack......and they are 100% legal???
I even saw a woman shopping, in a very sheer skirt, and she had on no panties. You could see her "landing strip" of pubic hair, and that is legal!
The only thing I see that is questionable in this story, is the fact she is a teacher. I guess it could be deemed unprofessional on her part, but I don't think it should be illegal! Not smart, probably! Illegal, it shouldn't be!

PS: I have a foot fetish, and I can see feet everywhere! So should women have to keep their feet covered in public too? A lot of our laws are asinine!
You just outlined pretty much everything I've asked, questioned, bitched about and pondered for years. Half of our laws make *no* sense, and it drives me crazy that people just walk through life following along blindly, without ever standing up against the moronic laws made by morons. And then they brag about America being "free" and slam other countries laws, which are often more liberal than ours. It makes no sense to me, because....it makes no sense. :)

The human body is...what God and/or Mother Nature made it. Yet "mankind" decided it wasn't good enough, so therefore should be covered, while extolling the greatness of God and/or Mother Nature. And people say that *I'm* weird? :)
