What danger? I'm being serious here. What danger? Seeing nude bodies? Okay, some people might find that offensive, but being "offended" does not imply "danger". People, us, human beings, do not have a right to go through life being "unoffended". Someone else's music, clothing, a slogan on a bumper sticker or a t-shirt, a poem, a book, an opinion, how they walk, talk, laugh, eat, what they eat, how they chew, how they dance, their hobbies...plus a billion other examples are things that someone, somewhere, will find "offensive", but that does not mean the other person or people should stop doing it, nor that it is a danger. 

People used to say, decades ago (some credulous cretins probably still do), that porn would cause an increase in rape. The evidence proves otherwise. People used to say that porn would cause an increase in sex trafficking, the evidence proves otherwise. So...danger? People say that porn will cause sex or porn addiction. Problem with that is...there's no official diagnosis that either exists as a freestanding, all alone addiction. Sure, some people have addictions, to a lot of things, but that could be working out, dieting, TV, cigs, religion, sex, porn, comedy, food, drugs, video games etc...which shows an issue with the "person" not the product they are consuming, as...others have no issue with it nor are addicted to it. Some people drink alcohol, some do not. Some play video games, some do not. Some do too much of those examples, others control it, some abstain from those things entirely.

So, what we're really talking about here is...in most cases, conservative religious people finding porn objectionable based on their religious indoctrination, and...that's it. But rather than just admitting that, they rig studies, alter statistics, lie about science, biology and facts, to prove their point...which is not proof, as in scientific proof, but instead it's just nonsense. As in stupid nonsense...of the type that would be funny and laughable, if it were not for the fact that some of these lunatics have political power and create laws...that oppress other people, that censor free speech and that violate the 1st Amendment. I've said this many times before, I don't really watch porn, never really did. I have some home movies that would be considered "pornographic" by some peoples standards, which I do for fun. So my rant on this topic is not about my desire to watch porn...I just hate any powertripping motherfuckers telling other people what they can and can not watch, and making up lies that it's about "protecting" children. Seeing some tits and ass never hurt a kid, ever. Seeing endless violence might...and being brainwashed by religion...certainly does. So, in conclusion...fuck 'em. :)

 An agency created an AI model who earns up to $11,000 a month because it was tired of influencers 'who have egos'. 

So, AI. Supposedly this could be a good thing. Thus far...I'm not so sure. Part of the Hollywood SAG strike was over studios wanting to pay actors for one day, to "map" their face, body and voice, then have the ability to create movies based on that, in perpetuity, without having to pay the actors...ever again. 

There are now a plethora of news articles about teen boys taking photos of teen girls in school, then using AI type editing stuff to make fake nudes of her...without her knowledge, nor consent, passing them around, and she's not even aware of it, initially. 

Using an AI model to avoid "influencers" egos and attitudes, I get. Side note on that, I have never, and will never, be "influenced" by some stupid-ass "influencer" on Tik-Tok, YouTube, Instagram, or even mainstream regular TV for that matter...ever. I totally ignore all TV commercials, mute them, same with YouTube, billboards, ads in magazines, fliers in the mail, just ignore them outright, always have. 

I saw an article where non-fiction writers are suing AI companies for plagiarism. The literary, music, TV, porn, advertising, architecture and other industries are having every single thing they ever created, "sucked up", swiped, stolen, ripped off, by these companies (of which Facebook, Microsoft, Google etc are included). The companies intend on scanning the Internet and harvesting everything, for their use, without proper credit, or compensation....the greedy unethical fucks. The lawsuits are firing up, globally. This will be a massive, enormous legal battle, which will go on for years, decades, maybe forever. 

I know people talk about applications for medical technology, the ability to diagnose disease, figure out treatments and things like that, which would be great. But there's also the aspect of using the same technology to make fake photos and video, for crimes, blackmail, fake political ads, to make people appear as if they're confessing to crimes (which they never did, and don't even know the video was made) and examples of that nature, which is going to create a clusterfuck for courts, juries, anything criminal related, and of course for voters seeing fake ads depicting competitors in a negative light. 

What is my point about this? Nothing really, just babbling and rambling.  :)

Legal deadline prompts a slew of celebrity sexual assault lawsuits. 

Sexual assault, rape, domestic violence, all needs to be taken seriously, very seriously. What's aggravating about this article and this agenda...is that it is *not* taking the aforementioned...seriously.

This is mostly a last moment money grab by a bunch of pissed off jilted girlfriends, lovers, ex-wives and whatever. Look, I get some people (mostly women, but sometimes men) are violated, traumatized, need time to process and deal with it before wanting to take legal action. But there has to be a limit. You can't pop up 30, 40, 50 or more years later accusing someone of something, with no evidence, no possible way to provide evidence, just to shake them down for some money. Saying this upsets a lot of women. They rant about the "sisterhood" and not sticking together. Fuck that. 

I always point out to someone that says something like that to "personalize" it. Meaning, don't think about some random rich guy that might pay out some money, maybe even a few million, the whole "Go get your money girlfriend" thing. Visualize the accused is your younger brother, father, cousin, son, or husband. Visualize a gold digger comes out of the woodwork, claiming that said person, 47 years ago, groped them, grabbed them, had sex with them, it's now a "She said---He Said" thing, no DNA, no witnesses, no evidence...but write me a big ass check and I'll drop the charges...no way.  

Remember the Johnny Depp - Amber Heard trial? She accused him of XYZ, turns out *she* was guilty of XYZ, plus ABC, and LMNOP, vile disgusting acts, plus violence, against him. Newsflash...some women lie. People lie. Some human beings...lie. Regardless of sex or gender...some people lie. Just because it's a woman making the accusation does *not* mean it's true. I detest the "Woman as Professional Victim" mentality so prevalant in our society, it's a disservice to women, and to *true* victims of crime, it's not about empowering women, it's not right, it's not fair, it's not just, it needs to stop and be stopped. 

So, in this case, these "victims" were not much bothered by whatever effrontery they claim, for decades, in some cases nearly half a century, until a few days before the time-frame to file lawsuits expires, then suddenly the courts are flooded, a vertitable tsunami type flood, with lawsuits...not with the expectation of a trail, a jury, or anyone going to jail, but with the hope and intent of....a massive check to them...and their snake-in-the-grass shady lawyers. Fuck that, fuck them, they should fuck off, all of them.

Okay, I will now shut up, go make some tea, and read a book...or something.  :)

Not to worry, most Americans pay no attention to Independence Day, the US Constitution or how unique those freedom giving laws are anyway. Most Americans view the 4th of July as a day to...get hammered, drunk, pig out and salute a US flag that was made in China.

And about half of the US wants to reelect a traitorous, seditiousness, emotionally, ethically and intellectually retarded, morally and financially bankrupt (6 times), born rich, philandering, woman assaulting, pussy grabbing, raping, multi-time convicted felon, who wears a wig, lifts in his shoes (high heels) a girdle, more makeup than a hooker, and regardless of the smack he talks, is the biggest pussy ass coward the world has ever seen.

Yes, for those that saw the "debate" Biden did not fair well (and Trump lied nonstop and is incompetent, so he's never done well). What is it with these fucking Democrats that won't retire? Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was 87, died in office. US Senator Dianne Feinstein was 90, died in office.

 New Flash, there is nothing wrong with getting old. If you're lucky, you grow old. If you don't grow old, it means you passed away young. So, grow old gracefully, retire, realize when you are past your prime. Take the millions of dollars you got from tax payers and let someone younger take over and run things. Retire. You are not the only one that can do things. You are not that important. You are not that brilliant and rare, and are not the only people that can fill those jobs. What you are doing and have done...is fuck things up for others...due to your ego, greed, and senility. 

When Biden (who I think is a good man, husband and father) started his political career, it was some time back. How far back, you may find yourself asking? To put it in perspective, the same year Biden started his political career...This was a brand new car.

And this TV and VCR were state of the art, high tech, top of the line, brand new technology. 

And this is not only applicable to the Dems. On the GOP side, Mitch McConnell keeps freezing up during speeches (having mini-strokes) and for the last few years, the members of congress are the oldest they have ever been, in the history of the USA. To be blunt, the majority of them are a bunch of out of touch, senile old fucks that can't even stay awake during Congressional Hearings, cabinet meetings, truly, there is endless video footage of them nodding off, and in Trumps case, he kept falling asleep during his trial where he was convicted of paying hush money to a hooker who he was banging while his 3rd wife was pregnant with his 5th child. 

This is the best we can do? 

No. No, it is not. 

Retire these fucking people, whether they like it or not. And impeach the 6 conservative members of SCOTUS for being so partisan they just undid 248 years of the greatest democracy the world has ever known. I am not willing to live under an authoritarian despot dickhead dictators rule. People need to keep in mind, the 2nd Amendment was created for self defense and to fight tyranny...we will use it if we must. If they want to shred the Constitution...they may well find out why we own over 433.9 million guns. American Revolution 2.0 (hopefully not)...might be coming to a live theater...near you.

If someone has that option, the ability to help others and fails to even try, well....what the hell is the point? Having equality, money, power, a dominate personality, and *not* using it to improve the lives of other people and our planet, is just a waste. :)
