After six sessions, the Federal Supreme Court voted 8-3 to criminalize acts of homophobia and transphobia, following Congress' inaction. Discriminatory acts against members of the LGBTQ community will be punished under the country's racism law.

I'm just passing on information here. I'm not saying I endorse their laws, penalties etc.

 So, I get that spam bots try to "sell" things or harvest information, reroute traffic, etc. What I don't understand is when one "locks in" on a particular post, then sends numerous messages with generic gibberish, where its anonymous, no back-link, no reciprocal links, no mention of an item for sale, or anything that the person that is running said spam bot would profit from. It makes no sense to me. Either way, I'm having quite the conversation with...it.  :)  

The post is here...and it's pushing 2 years old, which also makes no sense. 

But the sweet ass generic spam messages are in the comments section.

 When the event wrapped, city officials reported that officers saw no problems — “no increase in reports of sex trafficking, no spike in prostitution, no violations of the state’s obscenity laws.” But that didn’t stop the city from subsequently initiating in a clusterfuck-level battle with the show. When organizers began to work with convention center officials on a contract renewal to hold future events in Dallas, the mayor’s office got involved. According to the Dallas News, nonprofits that worked with victims and survivors of sex trafficking wanted the show banned, insisting it was exploitative. Dallas land owner Ray Hunt and former US Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison also got in on the anti-Exxxotica action. The city council was warned by several members and the then-City Attorney that the convention didn’t violate any city ordinances and that banning the event would likely violate its constitutional rights. Regardless, the mayor and seven council members voted in February 2016 to ban Exxxotica. Exxxotica sued two weeks later, claiming that the council violated its First Amendment rights.

I always wonder when taxpayers will wake up and insist that city council members, and politicians in general,  stop wasting a gazillion dollars a year just so some douchey fundamentalist leaning "leader" can try score some political points with the far right flock of sheep. When cities go broke, and they have to raise taxes, or float new bonds increasing property tax, whatever it might be, to increase revenue because they wasted so much money on moronic issues like these...its hard to feel sorry for the voters, because they elected these stupid bastards. I'd just tell the politicians and the voters that elected them to kiss my....:) 

 

Fuck Fetlife - Fuck Fetlife Caretakers - Fuck Fetlife Censorship - Fuck John Baku.

 

For the 2nd time I got a message from Fetlife Caretakers...and a "suspension" for things I wrote. In both cases it was due to my sticking up for someone being harassed by others. One case was for someone trolling people and telling them to go kill themselves. The other was for my advocating for someone who has had appendages amputated, and people were mocking this person, making "stump" jokes, and...you get the drift.

The group owners did nothing. 

The new Fetlife policy is this....do nothing, say nothing, stand for nothing and only take action, but minimally, to keep as many people, including the bot accounts, the sock puppet accounts, the troll accounts, to be able to convince advertisers that they have a large "base" or audience, to be able to charge for the ads you see on the site. 

So, I will no longer patronize Fetlife. I won't pay for ads, I won't load my home videos that only paid subscribers can view (you can see all my videos on my blog...for free), no more naked photos, no more posts, links, articles, information, snark, caustic comments, ribald humor, sage wisdom (giggles to self) or anything else as...I will not be treated like a child, or silenced when standing up for basic human decency or my ethics just so Fetlife/John Baku can make a few bucks so...Fuck Fetlife.  :)
