After six sessions, the Federal Supreme Court voted 8-3 to criminalize acts of homophobia and transphobia, following Congress' inaction. Discriminatory acts against members of the LGBTQ community will be punished under the country's racism law.
I'm just passing on information here. I'm not saying I endorse their laws, penalties etc.
