DeleteI'm not particularly well versed in international politics, but as badly as Biden has done, I don't think anyone could do the job well. The whole thing is a shit casserole George W. set cooking back in '01 and Biden was unlucky enough to be sat at the table when it was ready to eat. Nation building was never going to work - Bush would have been better off saying "Look, I never wanted to do this, but you fuck with America, we turn your whole region to glass" and bombed the fuck out of the place and then left it the hell alone.
