Playboy Magazine Is Closing Down, Probably for Good.

  1. Another part of my horny youth fades away....
Finding someones Dads Playboys was like a school holiday back before the internet....
It's kind of sad in a nostalgic way....but honestly I haven't bought a copy in decades...
Although they used to have some great interviews....yes...I did actually read the articles too....

    1. Their interviews were some of the best ever produced...anywhere.

  2. This by far under Hefner was the best publication on the market. Get over the pictures, the articles were not republican, democrat, they were just the facts. A very informative magazine that people failed to realize, and that was a shame.

  3. Hard to compete with the Internet world.

As a young kid, once in a while I’d find one issue or a stack. The pictorials were stimulating but I never really went for the perfect airbrushed bodies. I liked the risqué jokes.

When Penthouse Variations came around I was a bit older and would often buy a copy, and madly scan them for anything femdom. Then once there was a simple picture of a stern looking Julia Jameson sitting in a simple chair in a short skirt with a hairbrush in her hand. I sent in $5 for a Leda catalog. Many of their videos are online to day - some are pretty intense.

My favorite internet images are not the professional models, but the amateurs of various body types. Sometimes dressed, sometimes naked, sometimes in between- but I like to see their faces, either smiling or scowling but not pouting (though I understand some hide their face for privacy).

    1. I know of the Leda company quite well. In fact I met a couple of the women that were profiled in their magazines years ago. Sadly one of them is no longer here. And the guy known as "Ed Lee" was someone I chatted with quite a bit a few years back.
