Coronavirus relief payments may start hitting bank accounts or mailboxes within the next three weeks. There will be no need for those people to contact the IRS. Direct deposits will be sent to accounts people have already authorized since Jan. 1, 2018. If no bank account is on file, checks can be sent to the last known address. The IRS is expected to contact residents in the next 15 days about how the payments will be sent and the amount. People who have not filed a tax return or people who did not make enough money to file in the past two years may have to take additional steps to receive a rebate payment.
*I'm sure this information is widely distributed, and some people don't really need it or care, but I know other people are devastated financially due to unemployment, layoffs, shutdowns and so on, so maybe this will help.* :)
Thank you.

DeleteThank the United States tax payer...current and former. Meaning you, your parents, uncles, aunts, grandparents etc. :)
DeleteThank you for the information. Although I paid serious taxes last year I'm not participating in this bit of socialism. They're borrowing this money and someone down the generational line will pay the bill.
ReplyDeleteYep, that is correct. All the money in my lifetime has been "borrowed" from future generations. The money for parks, schools, wars, bombs, more wars, forest service, beaches, National parks, NASA, even more wars, politicians salaries, corporate tax breaks, rich people tax breaks, etc...its all borrowed from future generations.
DeleteMy wife and I don't really need it so we'll be donating it towards our first responders...for supplies and necessities....later....when this is all over we'll donate again to something a little more festive for them!!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info...
Stay well, stay safe....

Lord only knows what you, the infamous "SlutLips", might consider..."festive". :)
DeleteMy wife is a ER Nurse, so not only do I worry about her every time she leaves for work, I also worry about how much of this stimulus relief we are going to get with her still working. We unfortunately may not meet the requirements to receive the full relief, even though we truly do need it too. I am currently a stay at home dad to our two children (7 & 5) one of which has mild Autism and ADHD, so this has obviously been a trying time for myself with them being home from school.
ReplyDeleteI will have positive thoughts that she stays healthy, and that things will improve for you and the whole family. I know that's not worth much...but just want to mention it all the same.
