From the tips of your toe nails, to the tops of your head, you have NOTHING to question! Your body is tight! So now my question, how do you keep it that way? What is your workout regiment? What does your diet consist of? How do you keep your self looking like a 21 year old?
Pilates, martial arts, jogging, lifting weights, stretching, riding my stationary bike. Food: I don't eat out, ever. I make everything myself, clean fresh food, mostly organic, but beyond that its just normal meat, fish, eggs, pasta, fruits and veggies, and every combination one can use those products to make Mexican food, Asian, Italian and so on. And drink a lot of water. :)
