News flash sweetie...the majority of homes of a certain age have probably had an orgy, someone passed away, babies were made, people fucked, sucked, got drunk, laughed, cried, slept...its called life and living, and we "do it" in our homes. :)

The house is nearing 100 years old and I'm sure there was more things that happened here that I'll never know about...
That looks like a lovely home and I'm pretty sure we couldn't afford it....but if I was willing to spend that kind of money I could probably afford a few cans of disinfectant if it bothered me that much....
My wife fucked me with a strap on while I was bent over the dining room table once.....and we have had many happy dinner parties there too....I think maybe this couple should try it out.....make there own memories in the house and stop worrying so much....life is too short....

Well stated. I actually do agree that some states have laws regarding an "impact disclosure" for a variety of things that might cause a new purchaser physical or emotional harm in some cases...but that should be applicable to "all" people, not just those over a certain "price point". :)
