Penis Men. Dickhead? Got Cock?

One example of how social media can be amazing. 
These are the "The Penis-Men Statues" in PyeongChang.
So naturally, a few people were amused, and then the meme makers go nuts.

    I don't know what's so interesting about these. We have a city full them. It's called Washington D.C.. The D.C. stands for Dickhead City. They all seem to congregate there.
