The Unexamined Brutality of the Male Libido (Authored by a Wussy FeMANist.)

From The New York Times we have The Unexamined Brutality of the Male Libido which left me baffled, perplexed, flummoxed and nearly apoplectic. 

 

This melding or confluence of sexual harassment, sexual abuse, rape, pedophiles and/or sex with minors and some peoples version of SPC (Sexual Political Correctness) plus a hard core feminist agenda has to stop. Its doing no one any good, it is not protecting victims of the aforementioned abuses, and in some ways minimizes the severity of the trauma for those that were truly victimized and the negative impact on their lives which is virtually assured.  

 

This half-man wussy actually quoted nutcase and fulltime man hater Andrea Dworkin:

 

"In 1976, the radical feminist and pornography opponent Andrea Dworkin said that the only sex between a man and a woman that could be undertaken without violence was sex with a flaccid penis: “I think that men will have to give up their precious erections,” she wrote."

 

(Andrea Dworkin was sadly...someone that had a rough life and a detached relationship with reality. While I'm sure her intentions were sincere, her studies, opinions and conclusions were pretty much 100% wrong...all the damn time)

 

Mixed in with some rambling babbling about Freud and Oedipus complex, he states:

"Sex is an impediment to any idealism, which is why the post-Weinstein era will be an era of gender pessimism." 

 

And the line that just killed me:

"But there remains no cure for human desire."

 

Cure? A cure means the end of a medical condition. He views human desire, human sexuality as something that needs to be "cured"? Does he not know that sex makes babies and if we "cure" sexual desires its....the end of the fucking human race, lol? 

 

Sex is an "impediment to any idealism"? What in the blithering blathering flying fuck is that supposed to even mean? What if my version of "idealism" is based on a hedonistic lifestyle where sex plays a major role?

 

Here's the main thing, eventually these sorts of "agendas" fulminate in movements and groups like "Men Going Their Own Way" and I have to say I see their point.

 

The last few decades we've seen efforts to make boys act like girls in school. They want a gender neutral environment (no more blue for boys and pink for girls) and when young boys "acted up" in class, they determined it was due to ADHD or ADD or some sort of behavior "problem" and put them on Ritalin or whatever other kind of psychiatric drugs to make them "calmer". The reality is, boys are not the same as girls, nor vice-versa. Ever hear of a thing called testosterone? You know, the primary male sex hormone? Some of which may contribute to what they deem "aggressiveness", but in all actuality is simply due to our society stuffing them full of sugar laden junk food and expecting them to sit still for 8 hours in a little classroom. Most of them couch surf playing video games when at home, being in a urban setting few have outdoor chores to do, and I think half the schools got rid of P.E. and others disallow the kids to run or play due to concerns the kid getting hurt and liability. Its nuts. Kids have to have a way to expend all that youthful energy. 

 

We need to take sexual harassment, pedophilia and rape seriously. That has nothing to do with the "wussification" of the human male. I don't need some mansplaining emasculated guy to explain to me how my "feminist" ideology needs to try indoctrinate all men into becoming afraid of being men, afraid of doing manly things, afraid to talk, afraid to express themselves, and so afraid of other women that they all flee for the hills to live in caves trying to avoid us at all costs.

 

The majority of men I know are civilized, domesticated and even house trained. Sure, some need a bit of slapping around to keep them in line, but this massively alarmist overreaction by some people just pisses me off. Especially when it comes to medicating kids to make them more docile and servile, while removing them from a healthy environment....meaning outside and playtime and doing the things that boys (and girls) do.

 

I like men...the sort of men that can do "manly" things.  :)
