This brings up the age old debate if people truly wish for forced faminization or if they actually want to be faminized and only fantasize about the forced part :)
Forced faminization could be a real threat to the business models such as Weight Watchers. Rabid paranoid conservatives will claim its an Obama ACA plot, file lawsuits, go through the system, go to the Supreme Court...where someone will realize its a damn typo, lol. :)
