These are challenging times. Staying healthy, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually should be the main focus of everyone. Be nice to yourself. Don't beat yourself up. Don't beat yourself down. It might seem impossible, but try not to worry. Take a walk. Clean out the garage. Organize a cupboard. Get exercise. Read a book. Write a letter or an e-mail to old friends or relatives that you haven't talked to in awhile. Breathe deep, stretch, do Yoga, Pilates. Study up on ancient religions, or geography, or history. Resume hobbies that you once had, but lost sight of. Painting, woodworking, crocheting, or teach the same to your kids or spouse. Eat healthy, eat clean. Try to look at this time as an extended vacation, or a retreat of sorts, make the best of it, try to be productive, try to improve on yourself, try to plan for a better future, look forward to a new life, different sure, unknown and unclear...sure, but a new life all the same. Most of all try to make life better for those around you, which usually will make you fulfilled and happier. Try to make the world a better place. Advocate for those, that can't do it for themselves. Being useful for others, being helpful to others, is always a way to feel better about ourselves.
P.S. If you're out wandering around, hiking or foraging...keep an eye out...for my pants. :)
